Personal Training is for everyone.
Personal Training is about understanding your needs and wants on one side, assessing your current fitness level on the other side, and putting the two together to design an exercise program that is just right for you.
We always start with an in-depth induction session that includes medical and exercise history, various types of postural and fitness assessments, and during which we talk about your goals of course.
After that, we have lots of Personal Training options available for you to choose from, whether at the Studio, The Club, your Home or outside, we can train traditionally or creatively, but always effectively.
